TROY — Police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 103rd Street and 5th Avenue on Aug. 31 shortly before 9 p.m.
Officers responded to the scene near the alley after receiving the report.
No victims are believed to have been injured in the incident.
The suspect fled the scene before police arrived.
