STARKSBORO — Vermont State Police arrested a Charlotte resident Saturday afternoon following a traffic stop on Vermont Route 116.
Police conducted the stop around 1:38 p.m. after observing a traffic infraction.
The operator of the vehicle was identified as Nelson T. Lime, 37, of Charlotte.
Authorities determined that Lime had an active arrest warrant and that his driver’s license was criminally suspended.
Lime was taken into custody without incident and transported to the New Haven State Police Barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court Criminal Division on Sept. 2 at 12:30 p.m.
Lime was lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Facility.
