NEWPORT — Vermont State Police arrested a 31-year-old woman on outstanding warrants as she was being discharged from North Country Hospital on Friday afternoon.
Katie Noyes of Wheelock was taken into custody at approximately 3:35 p.m. on Prouty Drive.
Noyes had been transported to the hospital’s emergency room earlier for treatment of injuries sustained in a crash.
She was arrested on warrants charging her with two counts of felony grand larceny and one count of felony embezzlement.
Following her arrest, Noyes was transported to Northern State Correctional Facility.
