BRUNSWICK — State Police responded to a report of a commercial vehicle crashing into a home on State Route 2 at approximately 8:55 a.m. Aug. 28.
No residents were inside the home at the time of the collision.
The driver of the commercial vehicle was confirmed deceased on the scene.
State Route 2 is closed between State Route 351 and Bulson Road with detours in place.
The road closure is anticipated to be long-standing into the evening hours as crews work to stabilize the surrounding structure and facilitate the vehicle removal.
