PLATTSBURGH — Members of the New York State Police arrested Shane R. Racioppi, age 26, from Plattsburgh, for fourth-degree criminal mischief on Aug. 26.
At approximately 6:30 p.m. that day, troopers responded to a report of criminal mischief on Dormitory Drive in Plattsburgh.
Their investigation revealed that Racioppi had damaged a ring camera by ripping it off the wall.
Racioppi was arrested and taken to the SP Plattsburgh for processing.
He was subsequently released on an appearance ticket, which is returnable to the Town of Plattsburgh Court at a later date in September.
