ELLICOTTVILLE — The Ellicottville Police Department arrested Joey Thomas, 24, of Greece, N.Y., on charges of unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, aggravated harassment, stalking in the fourth degree and trespass following an incident in the village Aug. 26.
Thomas was arraigned in Ellicottville Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear in Ellicottville Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
