TUPPER LAKE — Members of the New York State Police arrested Elliot W. Day, 36, from Tupper Lake, on Aug. 25 for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree.
At approximately 10:05 a.m., troopers were informed by the Franklin County Patrol Department about a parolee violation at a residence on Robinwood Lane in Tupper Lake.
An investigation revealed that Day was in possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia, including scales.
Day was subsequently arrested and transported to SP Tupper Lake for processing.
He was then turned over to Franklin County Parole.
