SAINT JOHNSBURY — Vermont State Police have charged a 46-year-old man with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct following a motor vehicle complaint Sunday evening.
Dominick Haile of Newark was arrested after police responded to the incident at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 25.
Police said their investigation revealed that Haile threatened 34-year-old Korrina Porter of Newark with a knife.
Haile is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on Aug. 26 at 12:30 p.m. to answer the charges.
