ADDISON — Vermont State Police troopers responded to a family disturbance on Vermont Route 125 on Aug. 25 at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Investigation determined that Gary Norris, 66, of Addison committed domestic assault, police said.
Norris was lodged at Marble Valley Correctional Facility for lack of $2,500 bail.
He was issued a citation to appear in court on Aug. 26 at 12:30 p.m.
The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of domestic violence.
Troopers from the New Haven Barracks investigated the incident.
