BALLSTON — The Sheriff’s Office responded to an inactive larceny complaint Friday at 10:14 a.m. on Blue Heron Way in the town of Ballston.
Investigation into the complaint led to the arrest of Gregory F. Sedefian, 46, of Ballston, on Saturday for criminal possession of stolen property in the 4th degree, a class E felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Sedefian is accused of knowingly possessing a stolen debit card with the intent to benefit himself and of stealing money from the owner’s account by using it unlawfully.
He was released on appearance tickets pending further proceedings in the Ballston Town Court.
