LANCASTER — A 20-year-old Groveton man was arrested on drunk driving and alcohol possession charges after police received a report of suspected road rage on Route 3.
Officer Kenison located the vehicle in question and observed it tailgating and driving aggressively, according to the Lancaster Police Department.
The officer stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver, identified as Corbin Frenette.
Kenison observed numerous containers of alcohol in plain view inside the vehicle.
A roadside investigation was conducted and Frenette was arrested on charges of DUI, unlawful possession/intoxication and transport of alcohol by a minor.
Frenette was transported to the police department for processing and his vehicle was towed.
He was released on personal recognizance bail with a pending court date in Lancaster District Court.
