SALEM — Detectives from the Salem Police Department Criminal Investigations Division, assisted by members of the Patrol Division and detectives from the Lynn Police Department, executed a search warrant for narcotics at 7 Ward Street, apartment 1, on Aug. 18.
The search warrant was the culmination of a month-long drug investigation into drug sales from the residence.
As a result of the search warrant approximately 60 grams of cocaine and $17,000 cash were seized.
Arrested without incident was Alexander Jiminian, age 31, of 7 Ward Street.
Jiminian has been charged with trafficking in cocaine, Class B, over 36 grams.
Jiminian was additionally charged as a subsequent offender having previously been found guilty of cocaine trafficking.
Also arrested as part of the narcotics investigation was Marvin Lambert, age 35, of Peabody.
Lambert was charged with three counts of distribution of Class B, cocaine, also a subsequent offense.
