Boston police arrest Foxboro man in Jamaica Plain homicide

BOSTON — Members of the Boston Police Fugitive Unit and Homicide Detectives arrested Taylor Hurst, 42, of Foxboro, at about 2:46 p.m. Thursday in the area of 1 City Hall Plaza.

Hurst was wanted for murder in connection with a Jamaica Plain homicide.

He is expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court.

Officers assigned to District E-13 responded to a radio call for a death investigation at about 8:06 p.m. July 6 in the area of 56 Patten Street, Jamaica Plain.

Homicide Detectives responded and led the investigation.
