BOSTON — Three Jamaica Plain residents were arrested Thursday on firearm and drug trafficking charges following the execution of search warrants, police said.
Vincent Weaks, 40, Clay Porter, 69, and Virginia Rowell, 58, were taken into custody about 12:55 p.m. during a drug investigation in the area of 50 Stedman Street.
Officers from the Drug Control Units of District D-6, D-14 and E-13 recovered an RG-14 .22 caliber revolver with six rounds of ammunition in the cylinder and 16 additional rounds of .22 caliber ammunition.
Police also seized 93 grams of crack cocaine, 69 grams of fentanyl, 49 grams of cocaine and 299 grams of marijuana.
A digital scale and drug packaging materials were also recovered during the search.
Weaks faces charges of trafficking cocaine, trafficking fentanyl and armed career criminal level 3.
Porter is charged with armed career criminal level 1, trafficking cocaine, trafficking fentanyl, possession of a firearm without an FID card, possession of ammunition without an FID card and improper storage of a firearm.
Rowell faces charges of trafficking cocaine and trafficking fentanyl.
All three suspects are expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court.
