Rockingham police arrest Brattleboro man for violating conditions of release

ROCKINGHAM — Vermont State Police arrested a Brattleboro man after responding to a trespassing report on Rockingham Road on Aug. 19.

Troopers began their investigation shortly after the report was received at approximately 2:08 p.m.

On Aug. 20, police determined that Richard Davis, 45, had violated his conditions of release in connection with the incident.

Davis was arrested and taken to the Westminster Barracks.

He was cited and scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on Aug. 21 at 12:30 p.m.

After processing, Davis was transported to Southern State Correctional Facility.
