CUBA — Police arrested a 31-year-old Clarksville man on multiple charges including burglary and grand larceny on Aug. 19.
Damean M. Kessler was taken into custody at approximately 5 p.m., according to the Cuba Police Department.
Kessler faces charges of trespass, petit larceny, criminal tampering, third-degree grand larceny and third-degree burglary.
The trespass charge is classified as a violation, while petit larceny and criminal tampering are misdemeanors.
Third-degree grand larceny and third-degree burglary are felony charges.
Kessler was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment.
