EASTON — State Police responded to a motor vehicle crash on State Route 29 at approximately 5:49 p.m. Aug. 15.
The investigation determined that a motorcycle, operated by Ricky B. Dufrain, 65, of Greenwich, N.Y., was traveling westbound on State Route 29 when a sedan exited a parking lot on the north side of the road and attempted to turn left into the eastbound lane.
The motorcycle collided with the driver’s side of the sedan.
Dufrain sustained severe injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
State Route 29 was closed in both directions for approximately 4 hours for the investigation and collision reconstruction.
The driver of the vehicle has been cooperative with the ongoing investigation.
No charges have been filed at this time.
