CATLIN — Norman R. Wead Jr., 52, of Montour Falls was arrested Aug. 18 for criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, menacing in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree following a domestic dispute.
All charges are class A misdemeanors.
Wead was arraigned by Catlin Town Court, where an order of protection was issued, and he was released.
In a separate incident, Marcus J. Keefe, 43, of Elmira, was arrested Aug. 18 on an active arrest warrant for failure to appear on charges of petit larceny.
The warrant was issued by Horseheads Town Court on Aug. 9.
Keefe was arraigned by Horseheads Town Court and released.
Keefe was later arrested for petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, for stealing from Kohl’s in the town of Horseheads.
Keefe was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Horseheads Town Court at a later date.
