Cuba police arrest New York woman on harassment charge

CUBA — Cuba Police arrested a 25-year-old Clarksville, New York woman Friday on charges of aggravated harassment in the second degree.

Mary M. Frank was taken into custody at approximately 5:15 p.m. Aug. 16, according to a Cuba Police Department press release.

Frank was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment.

The charge is a misdemeanor.
