PITTSFORD — Vermont State Police arrested a 39-year-old man on domestic assault charges following a reported family fight Saturday evening.
Troopers from the Rutland Barracks responded to a residence on Terounzo Road at 5:18 p.m. Aug. 16.
During the investigation, police determined Broc Stevens of Pittsford committed first-degree aggravated domestic assault and domestic assault.
Stevens was arrested and transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
He was lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Rutland Criminal Division on Aug. 18 at 12:30 p.m.
