LINCOLN — Members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Antonio Graziano, age 29, of , Chepachet, Rhode Island on Friday, Aug. 15, at approximately 5 p.m. on an affidavit and arrest warrant.
Graziano faces five counts of access to computer for fraudulent purposes.
The arrest resulted from an investigation conducted by members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit at Bally’s Twin River Casino.
Graziano was taken into custody without incident.
He was processed at the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks.
Graziano was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future court date.
