WESTMORELAND — A 31-year-old man was arrested Thursday following a domestic incident and order of protection violation, according to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol.
Deputies responded to an address on State Route 233 at around 12 p.m. Aug. 14 for the report of an order of protection violation.
When deputies arrived, it was determined that an active order of protection was violated.
Following an investigation, Jason Pritchard of Westmoreland was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree.
Pritchard was transported to the Law Enforcement Building, where he was processed and turned over to Oneida County Jail to await arraignment.
