SOUTH WINDSOR — Police arrested a 25-year-old New Haven man Thursday on two active arrest warrants stemming from domestic violence charges.
Tyreese V. Rubio-Beaulieu was taken into custody at 12:55 p.m. Aug. 14, according to the South Windsor Police Department.
The charges stem from a July 27 domestic violence investigation in which police determined Rubio-Beaulieu sent text messages and called a victim, stating he stole a car and was going to go to the victim’s residence and shoot and kill her.
Rubio-Beaulieu faces charges of harassment in the first degree, threatening in the first degree and violation of probation.
He was processed and held on a $100,000 surety bond for the domestic violence warrant and a $10,000 surety bond for the violation of probation warrant.
Rubio-Beaulieu was scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court Friday at 9 a.m.
