LANCASTER — Police arrested a 65-year-old Groveton man Thursday on a no-bail warrant for failing to appear in court.
Officers located Dennis Fregeau walking on Main Street around midday Aug. 15.
Fregeau had an outstanding warrant from Coos Superior Court for failing to appear.
He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Lancaster Police Department.
A deputy from the Coos County Sheriff’s Office picked up Fregeau and transported him to the Coos County House of Corrections.
He is being held pending arraignment.
