Seabrook police peacefully resolve armed standoff on Alison Drive

SEABROOK — Police peacefully resolved a standoff with an armed person reported as despondent on Alison Drive at approximately 3:51 p.m. today.

The Seabrook Police Department used loud, audible messages for approximately 30 minutes before successfully making contact with the person.

The individual surrendered to police and was transported to an area hospital for evaluation.

Seabrook Police were assisted at the scene by the New Hampshire State Police, the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office and the Hampton Falls Police Department.
