OWEGO — A 49-year-old Willseyville man was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a disturbance at the Tioga County Fair.
Frank Swansbrough Sr. was charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation, according to the Owego Police Department.
Swansbrough was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Village of Owego Court.
The arrest occurred during the week of Aug. 4 through Aug. 10.
Police responded to 168 calls for service during that period.
Officers also investigated five motor vehicle accidents and issued two traffic tickets.
