AUSABLE — Members of the New York State Police arrested Lance L. Cross, age 45, from Keeseville, on three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree on Aug. 8.
At approximately 12:48 p.m. that day, troopers responded to the Villa Motel located on Route 9 in the town of Ausable following a report of narcotics found in a room.
The investigation revealed that a parole officer had conducted a check and discovered narcotics and drug paraphernalia in Cross’s residence.
Cross was arrested and transported to the SP Plattsburgh for processing.
He was released on appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Ausable Court at a later date in September.
