SAUGERTIES — The Saugerties Police Department arrested a 17-year-old male from Kingston on Aug. 6 at about 7:15 p.m. following a complaint.
The investigation resulted in the teen being charged with misdemeanor assault in the third degree.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
The teen is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
