MARLBORO — Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Westminster Barracks responded to a motor vehicle crash on Upper Dover Road at approximately 3:16 p.m. Aug. 10.
Investigation of the incident resulted in the arrest of 43-year-old Jonathan Matyas of Jamaica on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs.
Matyas is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on Oct. 21 to answer to the charge.
