BRANDON — Vermont State Police troopers responded to a two-vehicle crash on US Route 7 near Steinburg Road at approximately 11:59 a.m. Saturday.
Rose Murphy, 19, of Bridport was driving a 2008 Toyota Camry north on US Route 7 when she rear-ended a 2015 Chevrolet Express operated by Elias Delphia, 69, of Middlebury, according to police.
Delphia was traveling north on US Route 7 and slowing to make a left turn when the collision occurred.
Murphy’s vehicle sustained significant front-end damage while Delphia’s vehicle had moderate damage to the rear bumper.
Neither operator reported injuries.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
Road conditions were dry and normal with clear weather.
A Vermont civil violation complaint is pending.
The crash was investigated by troopers from the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks.
