SCHUYLERVILLE — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 22-year-old Wilton man on DWI charges after responding to a welfare check Sunday at 3:48 a.m.
Deputies found Dakota L. Brady passed out in a vehicle that had struck a pole at the Cumberland Farms in Schuylerville.
Brady is charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, both unclassified misdemeanors.
Investigators determined Brady’s blood alcohol content was 0.13% at the time of the incident.
Brady was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Saratoga Town Court.
