MIDDLEFIELD — A 33-year-old Oneonta woman was arrested on multiple charges including aggravated driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident, the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office announced.
Georgia Taylor was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of 0.18% or more, according to the sheriff’s office.
Additional charges include failure to keep right, moved from lane unsafely, driving on shoulders and slopes, and speed not reasonable and prudent.
The arrest occurred Aug. 6 following an investigation of the motor vehicle accident in the Town of Middlefield.
Taylor was found to have been operating the vehicle while intoxicated at the time of the crash, according to authorities.
She was transported to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office for arrest processing and later released with an appearance ticket.
Taylor is scheduled to appear in Middlefield Town Court at a later date.
