HARTWICK — A 39-year-old Hartwick man was arrested Saturday following a domestic dispute complaint, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Frederick J. Ware III was charged with resisting arrest, harassment in the second degree and disorderly conduct.
The incident occurred at 211 Petkewec Road, Lot 26 in the Town of Hartwick.
Sheriff’s officials said Ware ignored lawful orders and physically resisted arrest.
Ware was taken into custody and transferred to the Otsego County Jail.
He is scheduled for central arraignment at 8 a.m. Sunday.
