ELLICOTTVILLE — The Ellicottville Police Department arrested Bruce J. Sage, 36, of Hamburg, on Aug. 9 on three counts of making a terroristic threat, class D felonies, and obstruction of governmental administration, a misdemeanor.
Authorities said the charges stem from an incident that occurred in the town.
Sage was arraigned in court and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
The Eden Police Department and the Erie County Sheriff’s Office assisted in apprehending Sage.
