BEVERLY — Beverly police have located an elderly man who was reported missing from New Balch Street Friday morning.
Police said Charles, whose last name was not released, may suffer from dementia and left his residence on foot at about 8 a.m.
According to authorities, Charles was wearing a grey T-shirt and a blue vest when he was last seen.
He was found safe at approximately 10 a.m., according to an update released by the Beverly Police Department.
