WELLSBURG — A 42-year-old Elmira woman was arrested Aug. 6 for felony criminal mischief and other charges after an incident at the transit station.
Amy L. Grover was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a Class E felony, criminal tampering in the third degree, a Class B misdemeanor, and trespass, a violation.
Authorities said she threw garbage from cans and drew on pillars at the station.
She was issued appearance tickets for Wellsburg Village Court.
Man arrested for petit larceny at Kohl’s

HORSEHEADS — A 37-year-old Elmira man was arrested Aug. 5 for petit larceny and criminal impersonation following a complaint at Kohl’s.
Blane M. Hurler was charged with two Class A misdemeanors.
He was issued appearance tickets for Horseheads Town Court.
