OSWEGO — A Schroeppel woman was arrested Wednesday on multiple charges, including vehicular manslaughter, following a fatal crash in July.
Kali Seaman, 23, turned herself in to authorities on Aug. 6.
She faces charges of vehicular manslaughter in the first degree, aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law, and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
The charges stem from a July 9 crash on State Route 49 in Hastings that resulted in the death of a 2-year-old boy.
Investigators determined Seaman was impaired by cannabis at the time of the crash.
Seaman was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court and remanded to Oswego County Jail.
Bail was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
Additional traffic tickets were issued in connection with the incident.
