LANCASTER — A 46-year-old Manchester woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop Aug. 5.
Megan Rousseau was taken into custody by Lancaster police on a charge of simple assault.
She was transported to the police department, booked, and released on personal recognizance bail.
Rousseau is scheduled to appear in Lancaster District Court at a later date.
