LANCASTER — An officer responded to a residence on Portland Street on Aug. 5 for a report of a suspicious male on a roof looking in windows.
The individual left the area before officers arrived.
The officer located the male, identified as Robert Keenan, 21, of Milford.
Keenan attempted to flee on foot but was taken into custody without incident.
He was transported to the police department and charged with loitering/prowling, resisting arrest or detention, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.
Keenan was released on personal recognizance bail into the custody of his mother.
He has a pending court date in Lancaster District Court.
