SOUTH WINDSOR — Police arrested two people Tuesday evening on separate charges.

Rosalind Vega-Kish, 41, of Vernon was arrested at 8:34 p.m. on an active arrest warrant for larceny in the sixth degree.

The charge stems from a May larceny at Lowe’s at 31 Buckland Hills Drive involving a Craftsman jump starter valued at $169.

Vega-Kish was taken into custody by Hartford Probation and transferred to South Windsor police, where she was processed and released on a $2,000 non-surety bond.

She is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Aug. 20 at 9 a.m.

In a separate incident, Nicholas M. Domina, 32, of South Windsor was arrested at 8:34 p.m. for breach of peace in the second degree.

Police said Domina was arrested after a domestic violence incident in which he struck a victim in the face and placed his hands around her neck during an argument.

Domina was processed and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m.
