DUDLEY — Police are seeking to identify the owner of a maroon Jeep involved in a hit-and-run incident at Dippin Donuts earlier today.
The operator of the Jeep struck a parked vehicle and left the scene without reporting the incident to police, according to the Dudley Police Department.
