HIGHLAND — A 37-year-old Highland woman was arrested July 31 and charged with burglary in the third degree and petit larceny.
Stephanie L. Rios is accused of breaking into a storage room at the Highland Motel and stealing approximately $42 worth of property, according to Town of Lloyd Police.
She was transported to the Ulster County Jail for arraignment in the Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
In separate incidents, Franklin Guzman, 37, of Highland, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with attempted assault in the second degree.
He is accused of spraying a chemical agent into the eyes of another individual.
Guzman was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Town of Lloyd Court on Aug. 7.
Amy L. Carey, 21, of Fishkill, was arrested July 29 and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree.
She is accused of damaging another person’s car windshield during a domestic dispute.
Carey was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Town of Lloyd Court on Aug. 5.
