RUTLAND — Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks were notified of a disorderly conduct complaint at Hannaford on Aug. 3 at approximately 4:28 p.m.
Through investigation it was learned Rian True was the person of interest and had left in a vehicle traveling north on U.S. Route 7.
True was found to have active conditions of release prohibiting him from driving a motor vehicle.
The 40-year-old Rutland man was issued a citation to appear at court at a later date and time.
