SPRINGFIELD — A 34-year-old Springfield woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant Tuesday evening.
Carrie Macie was taken into custody at 78 Valley St. at approximately 7:38 p.m. without incident, according to the Springfield Police Department.
Officers were conducting patrols in the area of Valley St. around 7:34 p.m. when they observed Macie, who was known to have an active arrest warrant.
The warrant was later confirmed and Macie was transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing.
Macie was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit, on June 25 at 12:30 p.m.
She was subsequently lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 bail.
