SPRINGFIELD — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 35-year-old Springfield man on criminal mischief charges following a domestic dispute investigation.
Peter Boger was charged with third-degree criminal mischief for damaging property valued at more than $250, according to a sheriff’s office press release.
Deputies responded to a location in Springfield on July 21 for a report of a domestic dispute.
After investigating, deputies determined Boger had unlawfully damaged property belonging to the victim.
Boger was taken into custody and processed on the charge.
He was held at the Otsego County Correctional Facility to await arraignment at Otsego County Centralized Arraignment.
Boger is scheduled to appear in Springfield Town Court.
