OLEAN — A 37-year-old Olean man was arrested on charges of criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.
Jerome Sullivan of 303 North 19th St. was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree for possessing jewelry that had been previously reported stolen.
Sullivan was also charged with petit larceny for stealing shoes from the Marshall’s store on West State Street on July 4.
Sullivan was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Olean City Court.
