PROVIDENCE — Rhode Island State Police arrested four individuals on July 31 in separate incidents involving charges ranging from willful trespass to indecent solicitation of a minor.
The Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Donald Turchetta, 68, of Providence, for willful trespass.
Turchetta was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and released with a future arraignment date at Kent County Courthouse.
Members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Woonsocket Police Department arrested James Ruth, 36, of Woonsocket, on a federal arrest warrant for escape from custody.
Ruth was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Rhode Island Federal Courthouse.
Members of the Special Victims Unit, the Major Crimes Unit, the Tactical Team, the Lincoln Barracks and the Scituate Barracks arrested Jose Gutierrez, 25, of Providence, for indecent solicitation of a minor and obstruction.
Gutierrez was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released.
The same units arrested Luis Fernando Diaz, 25, of Providence, for obstruction.
Diaz was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released.
