JOHNSTOWN — A Taco Bell employee called the Fulton County 911 Dispatch Center at approximately 2:30 a.m. Monday to report a possible burglary in progress at a nearby McDonald’s on Comrie Avenue.
Corporal Nate Marshall of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office was on Route 29 and responded within seconds of the call.
Upon arrival, Marshall conducted a quick sweep of the McDonald’s exterior and observed a male trying to exit through the drive-thru window.
The man made it out the window but fell to the ground.
Marshall detained the subject until members of the Johnstown Police arrived.
The corporal turned the individual over to the Johnstown Police Department for arrest and processing.
