MONTGOMERY — Two suspects have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a vape shop on Hawkins Drive.
Orange County 911 dispatched Montgomery police to Premium Smoke and Vape at 131 Hawkins Drive at approximately 6:23 p.m. July 17 for a panic alarm.
The shop owner reported he had been robbed by two males.
The owner said one of the suspects displayed a handgun, pressed it against his ribcage and demanded money.
Police arrested Shakar Johnson, 19, of Walden, and Brandan Wilson, 20, of Maybrook, in connection with the robbery.
Police also arrested Joshua Burks, 18, of Maybrook.
Charges against the suspects include robbery, conspiracy, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal facilitation.
