ONEONTA — A 31-year-old Oneonta man was arrested Friday on a petit larceny charge following an investigation into the theft of an electronic scooter.
Justin T. Desmond was taken into custody by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office after authorities investigated a reported larceny in the Town of Oneonta.
Desmond was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Oneonta Town Court at a later date.
